- Teresa Tota, CPM®, RAM, Executive Vice President
Teresa Tota joined R.Y. Management in 1982. She is responsible for the overall administration of the company's affordable housing portfolio with regard to compliance with government regulations. She also oversees a portfolio of luxury condominiums, cooperatives and market rental developments. Ms. Tota is a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker, a New Jersey State Real Estate Broker, a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), a Registered Apartment Manager (RAM), and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
